Easter egg hunt #1 took place on K-Bay Marine Corps Base where I work. We went to this egg hunt the first Easter we spent here and Journee was one of the 'slow' keiki (children). This year, she was out the gate but a little upset the eggs weren't 'hidden'. More like just thrown in the grass. But, she still had a grand time. She also got a balloon bunny and a bunny tattoo. She even asked for it to be red, white and blue -- I thought that was sweet. We also listened to stories about Easter eggs and how the bunny ended up bringing them and watched a puppet show.
Hope ya'll had a happy Easter. Look forward to coloring eggs and hunting in Oklahoma next year.
