Family and friends,
In my effort to be more healthy, I have changed my eating habits and started exercising. A girl at work took a picture of me because I was wondering if what I saw in the mirror was what other people saw. Here 'tis.
Now, I have to work on developing a healthy emotional image. More on this topic later.

thank you. i still have some more to get rid of. my goal now is teaching journee good eating habits and exercise routines so she won't have so many problems in her future.
